Since the 2nd May 2013 we are unable to make phone calls due to a System Upgrade at Virgin Mobile!!! I have phoned the call center and all they keep on telling me is that they can't give me an answer as they don't know. The last lady I spoke to a Bongi something thought is was one of a joke and funny that I am complaining.
We are paying for a service and you are not delivering that service. Why don't you revert back to the previous system and first do you homework before you upgrade or better maybe you need to employ better qualified technical staff with more knowledge and experience. And the best is I have two numbers on the same contract, after logging a complaint on Hello Peter for the 078 number you fixed it with a couple of hours, but the other number 074 on the same contract is still unable to make calls for 4 days!!!
In a country like we are living in a cellphone is like gold and you need it to make emergency calls as crime and happens every single second of the day!!!
