I have sent 5 -8 emails to customer care regarding unanswered emails and a serious query regarding the balance of my account. My last email was sent Thursday 30 Jan 2014. I am really fed up with Mtn!! I want a response on my email! You cannot treat a paying customer this way. I am through with patience coz its now non existent! Contact me!!!
