Cell C Store - Very bad service

I went to Cell C woodlands Boulavard to upgrade on the 30 Jan 2014. Arrived at the store with music blaring and asked if my wife can upgrade. The sales staff requested my wifes ID and said no only on the 1 Feb2014. We looked at handsets on display and asked info on them so we were told to go an google the specs. Then we asked what handset can we choose however they said the system is off line so we left. Returned on the 4th again and said we want to upgrade, music blaring again we looked at handsets so the femaile sales lady asked which one do we want. When we asked the differance between Samsung S4 and BB Q10 she said theSamsung is better bec the BB is ungly. When we wanted to take the option of BB the were off line again. I feel this is a lame excuse as each time we were there after 18:00 and they use the off line excuse bec it is close to closing time at 19:00. Very bad service and i am considering going over to another service provider.
