I have sent numerous mails to Discovery: [Email Removed] My account has been settled already after asking in every email to contact me back. I then receive a letter in my post box from the ITC. I sent the same trail of emails to them as well - still no feedback. I included Discovery as well in all the email communication. Bad customer service from Discovery as well as bad administration. Up to date still no response.
I phoned ITC and spoke to a lady at the call centre, she then intern said I should mail my query to another email address. This is just a trail of emails on a road to no-where with no resolution. All I want is this be resolved.
