Very, very poor customer service and no response

I did an upgrade mid June 2013 and my contract is supposed to come with 1Giga Bytes discount, smses and minutes. My 1GB data bundles were supposed to kick inn from the 1st of July but to date they still haven't been activated. I have contacted CellC more than 20 times, sent emails on their customer care email, sent smses on 084 14329 and to date have not received any assistance. Every time l contact the 140 call centre l get told that someone will contact me in 48 hours but NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME, l am an angry CellC customer and regret renewing my contract with them cause clearly no one seems to know what they are doing. It cannot take such a big company more than 2months to contact a good paying customer and assist with their query. I have left my phone number and my email address for someone to call or assist but no one seems to care; however come monthend they won't hesitate to deduct MY MONEY.
