No response since 16 april 2013

I emailed accounts dept on 16, 17, 18 and 3 times on 19 april, on the email adress they supply on my statment and on the internet, but still no response. when i phoned customer care about my query they said i must email accounts about it, which i did but i am still waiting for a reply on my emails. can someone plaese please please read my emails and reply ASAP.thanks
