Oct 2012 I cancelled a cellphone account with MTN SP. Dec 2012 I get blacklisted on this very same account that I closed. 8 Feb 2013 I get a letter of apology issued by MTN SP- they acknowledge that they are in the wrong. 21 Feb 2013 I get an sms informing me that my "cancelled account" has been handed over to VVM Attorneys!!
I've been in contact with VVM (as per the sms's request) since then. This morning, 24 March 2013, I received another sms informing me that my account has not been paid. Feedback I receive from VVM is useless, their staff might as well become car-guards. MTN SP is even more useless. I wish I could forward you all the unanswered e-mails sent to MTN SP's customer care/ complaints department. I'm convinced MTN SP's staff cannot read. They might as well close their customer care department.
I need someone who drinks the tea to call me, not the tea maker.
