Last week I made numerous phone calls to the credit control department regarding the incorrectly charged admin fee of in excess of R890 to my account. I had made arrangements to pay the outstanding balance on my account which I kept and they charged the fee the same day that I made my payment. They then reversed this fee, after many phone calls and many promises to phone me back and they then forwarded me a revised account showing a total amount owing of approximately R135.00. I paid R140.00 directly into their account on 01.11.2013 and a further R250.00 on 09.11.2013 which should mean there is a credit of R250 on my account. I just received a final demand in my postbox claiming I owe them R1630.58.??? Get your accounts sorted out properly and fix this!! Any and all admin fees now on my account are to be reversed immediately and an written apology sent to me. This is ridiculous now
