I have been dealing with Nicole Sidor regarding money been deducted from R. Botha's account for the account for number (083) 7799749. She was able to resolve an issue that MTN Fourways could not do n MONTHS.

Now, after that issue having been resolved months later, the above phone number has been cut off due to the credit limit being exceeded for data? R2800 for data usage when the contract I signed is for an amount of in the R400?? How do you justify that? Where is the proof that a warning was sent that data had been exceeded?? How is this possible when we're in a new month and R900 plus was just paid. I need an explanation for this NOW and find the answer provided by your call centre unacceptable - that I need to wait until the 13th to request itemized billing.

I have also reported the terrible reception and unlike Vodacom, no-one has contacted me to fix or advise on this problem. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. We cannot receive phone calls at home, hear voicemails or get internet reception. According to the Consumer Protection Act I am well within my rights to cancel this contract.
