Cell C lackadaisical attitude and Incompetent Investigation
It's been a week now and the lackadaisical attitude of Cell C employees has astonished me with disbelief. In this economic competitive climate, Cell C has demonstrated a don't care persona towards its clients.
I have been doing Cell C job from the time I walked in the store in Menlyn Park- I had to do all the follow ups with Menlyn Cell C and the department.
To add salt to the wound my contract was sent to the department where they incompetently investigated the situation. Their investigation involved speaking to a random person from my HR department.
Cell C's department should, (this is me again telling Cell C how to do their job) call my HR department, if the issue in on my pay slip the speak to the HR Manager or the Pay Roll Officer, as issues dealing with pay slips is highly confidential and only certain employees in my HR department will have access to those records.
My problem has not been solved at this stage; Cell C has not been cooperative.
My hope is that people do their job with enthusiasm and offer client the best service possible.
