I have 2 lines with Cell C that I pay via debit order. On the 26th of January I paid both my accounts manually in the Cell C store in Kolonnade. On the 31st they took another payment via debit order for one of the numbers. I have also given notice that the same accounts be closed, as it has run out. Now they have let me know that the credit will be processed to my Cell C account. This after I repeatedly asked to refund it to my personal account!!! I cant just lose R 450 because they are incompetent!!! How can you process a credit on an account that has been closed??? I want this money refunded to my personal account ASAP!!!
