We are being denied our basic right to access of information by the monopoly smart village places on having broadband access. In century city Cape Town smart village controls the Internet by denying us telkom lines. This is simply unacceptable. We cannot be held hostage by exorbitant rates for Internet access. They need to be taken to the Competition Commission or application needs to be made to the high court preventing this from happening. The body corporate should also be named as a co respondent as they are responsible that we are prevented access to the Internet. It's simply illegal!
