CELL C - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME C-ING FOR YOURSELF

I AM SO VERY DISSAPOINTED IN CELL C. FROM DAY ONE WE HAVE HAD HASSLES, MAINLY FROM THE ACCOUNT SIDE WHERE WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE 2 LINES AND TWO ACCOUNTS. WE HAVE BEEN BILLED FOR 3 ACCOUNTS SINCE FEBRUARY AND NO ONE AT CELL C SEEMS TO UNDERSTAND THAT IF WE ONLY HAVE 2 CELL PHONE NUMBERS WITH THEM THEN SURELY WE SHOULD ONLY HAVE 2 ACCOUNTS AND BE BILLED ONLY FOR THOSE 2 LINES.

ONCE AGAIN THIS MONTH MY ACCOUNT WAS DEBITED BY CELLC FOR THIS THIRD 'PHANTOM' ACCOUNT AND NO ONE CAN SEE OR RECTIFY THIS. OH, AND THIS IS AFTER I REQUESTED THAT MY PAYMENT METHOD BE CHANGED TO BANK TRANSFER RATHER THEN THEM HELPING THEMSELVES TO MY ACCOUNT. THEY STILL CONTINUE TO DEBIT!!

NEXT IS THEIR SIGNAL, YOU WOULD THINK IN THIS DAY AND AGE 3G IS STANDARD ALL OVER... WELL NOT WITH CELL C. THERE IS A STRETCH BETWEEN STORMS RIVER AND GEORGE WHERE YOU CAN NOT GET ANY 3G SIGNAL AND ALL CELL C SAYS IS YES WE ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM, PLEASE CHANGE YOUR CARRIER TO VODACOM THAT SHOULD WORK... REALLY???

ANYWAY I AM NOW STUCK IN THIS MESSY CIRCUS FOR THE NEXT 20 MONTHS AND JUST WANT TO WARN OTHERS WHO ARE CONSIDERING CHANGING THAT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE AND WHAT THE OFFER ARE TWO SEPERATE MATTERS.
