Mbali at the Morningside Mtn assisted me with a great attitude with my billing/account issues. She then also informed me that I was due for an upgrade and took her time to explain to me how eveything works, from the billing process, upgrading to a new phone and plan as well as educating me about the new phones on the market. Mbali's wonderful service was a breath of fresh air compared to the appalling service I received at the Fourways Mall store in 2011. Thank you Mtn for training your employees to provide excellent customer service.
