Account cancellation problem

This is a long sad story. My father is 85 years old and used iBurst when he lived in Johannesburg. He moved to Simon's Town where they do not provide coverage. On enquiring about cancelling his account he was told he could not do so because it is a 2-year contract. Well the 2 years is long gone and still the money is being deducted from his account. My father is now in frail care. iBurst have on record, the phone call from my brother stating that we wanted the account cancelled. They refuse to cancel it without a letter from my father. They have already received his money for the period the contract was valid and he was not using the service because they did not provide coverage where he was living. Now to add insult to injury - they are still taking his money and refuse to cancel the account - DESPITE the fact that they have been told he is in frail care. It seems that I am expected to prove this. I have tried contacting them via their website twice - no response. I 'phoned them and was given the run around - I eventually lost my temper. Then I get passed on to a supervisor who gave me the same runaround - "your father must cancel." This is a disgusting company.
