On the 25-Dec-2013, I received a loyalty points sms, I had never used my points before. I used them to purchase an uncapped data bundle, received an sms confirming that. On the sms it did not say you needed to activate service, nor did I receive any further sms. I now have a 67000.00 Data Charge. Autopage states they are waiting on MTN for a decision. It has been almost 2 months. My career has been destroyed! Can you imagine how I must live my life from day to day? How do I pay for my medical costs? Please do not palm me off like before stating that you (MTN) cannot do anything as the account is with Autopage. Is this how a responsible corporate behaves and treats users of their services?
