Terrible Service

Four days ago my phone lines got damaged, by the weather.
After reporting it the same day, the line actually snapped the following day. I again contacted them to inform them of the problem the following day, and the fact that my business in dependent on a telephone line as i am in the retail and service industry. I also need phone lines to do credit card transactions and in order to run my website.
The person i spoke to assured me that they will eskelate the query and that someone will be there to tend to the problem the same day.
This is now day four, and I am losing thousands of rands in business and no one has come out to tend to the problem yet.
Telkom vans drive past my shop 5-10 times a day, and yet no one has fixed anything yet.

I am fed up with phoning them, because after going through a process of pushing buttons and then holding on for 20-30 minutes, i get cut off anyways. And i have to pay for those calls.

We as business owners pay a fortune in this country to run our businesses and offer our customers the best and convenient services, but when we need service or repairs, the companies who rip us off don't care one bit.
