Neotel: A new company falling into old habits

Is it just me or are all South African companies riding the horse of poor service?

So disappointed that I called Neotel with a simple query which could have taken 5 minutes to resolve, but after being placed on hold continuously, being transferred back and forth to the wrong people and being cut off several times, I've come to the conclusion that either Neotel hires incompetent staff, or people to lazy to pick up the phone.

Seriously, you have no idea how frustrating this is!!!
Now after posting this complaint, some heroic "customer service manager" will call me to apologise.
Neotel, I don't need apologies, I need information, and I need someone to answer the phone and assist me!

For a fairly new company, I'm shocked. I'm pretty sure your managers and directors have no clue whats going on down on the ground floor.

Neotel numbers and names of individuals who I have tried speaking to:

1. 011 585 0599 - two separate females (receptionists)
2. 011 585 0347 - Philemon who is on leave (no-one else could assist me in that department after being transferred) - transferred back to 3rd receptionist.
3. 011 585 1381 - Marti (phone just rang indefinitely)
