There has been no action taken whatsoever to do the following:
1. Respond to my query as to how the credit you passed was calculated (because I disagree with the figure).
2. Future invoices which were also wrong were not corrected.
3. I have now been (and I TOLD you this would happen) debited incorrectly yet again. I am extremely short of money this month as a result of MTN overcharging me.
4. I have made several calls to 808 requesting contact from your billing department.
Finally, please let me know how much it's going to cost me to cancel my contract because I have zero faith in your ability to correctly manage me as your customer.
