I have returned the device yesterday at the Centurion Mall however the service and treatment I got vindicated of my thought that taking the contract with MTN was a huge terrible mistake never to be
repeated. Your colleague by the name of Ms Philisiwe attended me and irritatedly interrogated me on my decision which offended me. I did explain to her though that the reason is the amount of R 169.00 not being reflected in the contract. I also made it clear to her that she should not activate the device but she ignored my instruction and went ahead. Realizing that I wanted nothing to do with her attempt to convince me by explaining that the code on the contract 120JZG (whatever) is assigned/ equivalent to the R 169.00 that I will be paying.
I then told her that I expected a simple and straight forward contract and therefore I shall not proceed with the MTN agreement. Later in the evening whilst having dinner with my family a Ms Catherine Labuschaigne who introduced herself as a Manager from head office tried unsuccessfully to bully me as well and insinuated that I am going to pay the charges. I told her I was not and I will not pay MTN not even a cent from my account.
