Take your device and push it in deep!

Today I got a call from an attorney company telling me that they will block my Smart device and send somebody to collect the device from my home due to breach of contract. I have till today not had anybody from FNB phoned me to tell me I am in breach of contract, but yet they take me straight to an attorney that could not even tell me the reason I am in breach of Contract. I have been making payment on the device and now they tell me I must settle the full amount immediately. According to me FNB should have contacted me first explaining why I am in breach of contract. I have had it with bad service from FNB! How dare you phone and threaten me to make payment immediately if you did not contact me! Come take the device but first ill jump on it and then I'll over you a ridiculous amount every month till I'm 100 years old and you will wait!
