I applied for an up grade on the 29th/01/2014 up until today I still do not have my phone. See my latest e-mail to them which I have had no reply.

It is very unprofessional that every time anyone from my company requests an upgrade it always has issues from MTN.
I would like to be informed about the migration story! It has not been lifted!
As you all see below e-mail from Corporate Billing I am told Please be advised that you are currently on the MTN 100 package. I trust that the above is in order. No it is not in order
Then I say I never had my account migrated I get " Well not according to our records".
When I ask since when was my account migrated I get a reply "I can not answer that, all I can do is escalate it". Again???
All this is very, very frustrating
I await your reply with answers, and when I am getting my phone.
