PASSING THE BUCK RESULTS IN BILLING

I had a contract with Vodacom for 2 years.1 month before my contract terminated I got hold of Fatima and she said I need a motivational letter and a copy of my ID to be faxed to cancellations. I did so and was not told to phone in or do anything else. I then emailed shadi nkoko on 5/12/2012 and said no more money is to be debited and I do not want to go onto prepaid. I got a different contract through FNB and Vodacom (what a mistake). I now noticed on 1/6/2013 that I did not receive statements and my new contract price was huge (R1400). I contacted a guy and he said it is because I am paying for two phones. I phoned and spoke to nomazwi in cancellations. I got attitude after stating my case. I was basically told that I will not be credited because the phones been active and I need to use it or I lose it. I don't know how as my old phone is broken. looking at my statements there has been no calls going out on my old number.i was told by nomazwi to phone customer care and get hold of Fatima.its impossible as they work in a lot of call centres, finding her would be a run around.i had sent all my relevant documents through and the buck as passed from one person to the next.i want my money back.
