Going the extra mile is always important in a retail service provider industry, but the staff (Zandile and Joyce) from Fourways Crossing branch, went beyond the extra mile, these 2 ladies went 15 miles!!
They were patient, friendly, helpful and exceptionally thurough. They went beyond my expectations with a PC issue i was experiencing, because of them, my day to day business dealings with my clients will run smoother.
