We've been without a working house telephone for almost 4 weeks now. The telephone was tested and is fine. The land line can be dialed (and it rings?), ADSL is working, so doubt it's that. Guys we JUST need someone to come and find out what the problem is, but it's impossible to get a tech out here. Meanwhile just a block down the road we often see a Telkom staff member having a nap in his car! Please put us into contact with someone that can help us? It's probably something easy to fix, meanwhile we're paying for services we can't use.
