After my last email dated 26/11/13, I received an email from Lindiwe of Vodacom dated Friday 29/11/13 stating that Nokia has agreed to exchange my faulty phone with a new one and that she is just awaiting the account details of the Vodacom 4 U store where I did my upgrade for credit purposes and that it should all be resolved by Monday 02/12/13.By Wednesday 04/12/13 I heard nothing and then called the Vodacom 4 U store where I was told that I had to first bring in the accessories of my faulty phone before they can release the new phone, which I did the same day and was promised I could pick up my new phone the next day. It is now Friday 06/12/13 and I have heard nothing from Lindiwe or the Vodacom 4 U store!! It has gone beyond ridiculous now to simply just plain pathetic!! They string you along like a dog on a leash...
