I sent email on Thursday to the supposed ESCALATION PROCESS [Email Removed] only to receive a reply after a very detailed email that the faulty phone has been sent to the unit manufacturer.
This is now the 4th time that my Nokia Lumia is with Vodacom for repairs, same problem each time. I upgraded my contract in November 2012. They didn't even have a replacement phone for me in the meantime. I run a business and now my clients cannot even get hold of me on my cell. What kind of pathetic service is this???!!!??? They don't even have the decency to let one know if the phone can be replaced or not. Each time it came from the manufacturer, it was confirmed that the phone is in working order, only to have the same fault again at a later date. Im sick and tired of fighting with these people. I just want the phone to be replaced. I don't want that faulty phone back. Each time they "fix" the problem and then the same problem persists again within 2/3 months.
