Last week Wednesday afternoon 29-01-2014, my telephone rang a couple of times, every time you pick the receiver up somebody hangs up on the other side. On Thursday morning 30-01-2014 when we woke up, we found that our telephone line and adsl was not working. I phoned Telkoms 10210 fault reporting line to report the problem, an sms was send to me Reference Nr: 432CRK300114. I have contacted Telkom numerous times afterwards and up till now only empty promises and no response from their side. My daughter started studying and the telephone line and internet are very imported to us at the moment and we really need it to be restored. I am a paying customer and the response you get from Telkom, is very poor. So either they restore my line and adsl or I will have to look at a more trustworthy option and get something else.
