REQ:2601563 (previous hellopeter complaint) Nothing was done.
On the 08 August I upgraded my contract from the MTN200 blackberry package to my current one Samsung S4 MTN399 package.
11th august, I received R200airtime, 25sms's (as per my previous blackberry packages)
I laid a report on 808 with several logs of complaints - my last reference is 2613803 of today.
I was supposed to have received R200airtime, 200smses, 200mb data and 30mins mtn to mtn
As explained to the customer service agents. I have been using my phone internet under the impression that I had 200mb of data available.
When I found out that I didnt have 200mb of data I called 808 immediately
On the 27 August, 96mb was loaded onto my phone and, 10mins mtn to mtn and 70sms.
Yesterday I received an email from Warren reference number: REQ:2601563
I have substantial proof that the data was not loaded and reference numbers and a sms on the 27th august saying my data was uploaded on that day.
I will not pay for the unbilled charges on my account from the 11th to 27th nor will I pay full for my package as I was given limited bundles. If I am not credited accordingly, I will contact consumer protection act of SA
