VIRGIN MOBILE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

I have recently changed my bank so i had called to notify virgin mobile through there customer contact number i literally have to beg them to pay them i personally own a company and i wish i had customers begging to pay me the service is horrible and there call centres are open form 8 to 5 for a cellular provider they really need to pull up their socks
