I spoke to a Vodacom representative last week about my cellphone upgrade. A few days ago I got a call from the courier saying that my phone had been sent to Observatory in Johannesburg instead of Observatory in Cape Town, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of someone in Vodacom to speak to about this. I'm now in negotiations with the courier to try and get my phone back to me, which is ridiculous since this is Vodacom's mistake. Very disappointing.
