Excellent call centre service!

I signed up for a Cybersmart hosting package about three weeks ago. I was surprised that the domain name and email was activated as quickly as 15 minutes after payment, even though they say it could take up to 5 days.

During the next two weeks I needed to make two calls to the call centre for techincal queries and on both occasions the staff was very helpful and knowledgable and my queries were addressed and resolved. What was really good was the fact that they advertise that their call centre is available from 7.30 am on Saturdays and when I tried to call at that time there was actually someone available to assist.

So at this moment I am quite pleased with the product and the support which I have received. Let's hope this can continue!
