Awaiting new line for 3 weeks

I applied for Telkom to install a 2mbs line in my house, firstly the lady who assisted me booked or logged my order only a week after I applied then when the guy eventually came out a week and a half later he said he can't find a cable and he left, the next day another gentleman came back and he then said he can't find a power source for the line and he said he will be in contact with us within the afternoon and he never phoned, visited or anything. I phoned Telkom 10210 and reported this and they told me that I will be contacted that same day before 2 and I am still waiting. For "SA's leading ISP" this is absolutely f'en pathetic. I would never recommend such poor service to anyone, you guys are absolutely pathetic and unprofessional
