I bought a Vodafone HG556 K3765 BUN from HiFiCorp on the 13/07/2012 it worked for two weeks, due it being busy period at the office I was only able to take it in on the 05/09/2012.
Job Numbers = 8125227 then 8432828 then 8432841 then 8526495 then 8561396 these are all the times it went in for repairs. 4X SERIOUSLY!!!
06/02/2013 I get a call they want me to drive to Cresta and take a working modem in to repairs so they can sort it out the wifi, I have spoken with Neo Supervisor and Boney manager and informed them i do not want the wifi back and yet they want me to bring my working modem in... i am a student and any day with no internet is a day i lose in studying, i have already been inconvenienced as it is and i am fed up, please resolve and call me with good news!!! now they have arranged a collection after hours of arguing and they can't confirm collection is tomorrow. They have said it will take 7 days for me to get the modem and wifi back, this is another 7 days with no internet.
i do not appreciate the fact i have to send a working modem in for repairs because the wifi is giving me hassles. surely technicians have there own to test with???
