Once Again, Elsie does it right

This is the Second time Elsie van Staden has rectified a problem that I had with 8ta. Both times, she was not directly involved with the transaction, nor was she in any way responsible. Both times I had to lodge complaints on Hello peter so that it could get sorted out - after weeks or months of trying to resolve the problem with 8ta themselves.

This time, the issue started in June 2012. 8ta has yet to give me a reason why they could not sort it out for me, or why they refused to give me Feedback. Elsie got involved after I placed my last Hello Peter complaint for 8ta. She faced many difficulties on her side, but managed to ensure that I was served not only with haste, but also to my complete satisfaction.

Once again Elsie, Well Done. Telkom Mokopane should be proud to have a manager like you.
