Dissatisfied internatinal customer travelling SA

Booked router 28/09/2012 from Canada to pick up 16/01/2013 at King Shaka Airport. Was ensured router had the widest coverage, most reliable network in SA. Router was not consistant took to Cellcity in Gateway 20/01/13 and sent out another one on 21/01/13.
Problem getting service where staying and while travelling. Today just back from travelling and was able to download emails first thing then router quit. Can not get to work at all. Called Wendy around 9:00 am and given another name to call. Called Gerrard at Galleria Mall in Toti right away. He has yet to call back.
We are most upset about the lackof service and the run around with calling various people and having to stay in to wait for phone calls that do not happen. We are here for another 3 weeks and we depend on internet service to do our banking while away and keep in touch wth our daughters back home. We were ensured that Vodacom could meet are needs.
We are here for another 3 weeks travelling around and want a device that works, delivered to us at my sister's plus a refund for the time we have not been able to use the device.

I am using my sister's email address as I have no access to mine!
