Over two years ago, i took out a contract for a Galaxy Tab, my contract is now more than two years old and i wish to cancel it, when i went into the mtn store to cancel it, i will told i will lose all my airtime if i cancel my contract of which i have about R500 on the phone. I have been a loyal client of MTN for many years, i have two contracts, one of which is longstanding, this is very disappointing treatment of me as a client, i have paid my subscription faithfully, why should i lose the airtime i have accumulated? This is making me consider cancelling y other contract as well. This is daylight!
