Poor Signal At Home has caused nothing but stress

Recently moved down the road to a new home. Lo and behold I have no signal on my line, 082, my other line 072, my business partners lines 079, 082 . That excludes my wife's number or the other two lines, all Vodacom.

Called to ask for assistance as we pay princely sums on just the packages we have, only to be told, we are working on the problem, but cannot give you any indication on time. We are not clear in the area (Randparkridge) and unfortunately we cannot assist you right now. BASICALLY TOUGH S#IT, take your business elsewhere!!! I would, just that you VODACOM has me tied in a 24 month contract. PLEASE RESOLVE THIS. THIS IS CAUSING ME A LOSS OF INCOME AS I WORK FROM HOME.
