Earlier this year I bought a 2 year Internet Data Contract. I have had maybe 2 months access to Internet in total. My Internet connection drops within 30 seconds of connecting. After numerous complaints I recieved a call from Cathy at Customer Services informing me that Vodacom are unable to improve my Internet problem and all they can do is cancel the contract. After a call to Cancellations I was told that I would be called within 24 hours. 4 Days later I called again and once again I was promised response within 24 hours. I am still waiting. All I want is cancellation of the contract without any cancellation fees as they cannot provide the service they sold to me.
