Over 9 weeks ago I called to ask about a pole being removed. the people in the call center have no idea of the implications. Besides this I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours to explain t&cs and what would happen. I left this for 6 weeks until calling again I was told it would be escalated and I would be called soon, I was not. Another week passed and I called again same story. Yet another week passed and I called speaking to supervisor she took down my details and said she would investigate and call, this did not happen. I called yet again and the new supervisor was busy I left my details and was told I would be called in the next hour or I should call her, I tried calling 4 times with no answer. so I called the call center again, only then speaking to another supervisor who knows nothing on how to resolve this issue. I have been on the phone all day and eventually had to call the legal department. I don't believe that this is classified as a world class internet service provider as stated. we have been with Telkom for nearly 20 years and this is the service we receive being long term customers
