Figured it's a weekend it will be done on Monday. had the opportunity on Wednesday at 18':5pm I walked to a store near me and got sim called the call centre minutes within. As the turnaround time is 2- 24 hours the 1st agent seemed new and I had my patience with him, he was really taking the necessary precautions
