SIM SWAP DEBACLE

On Saturday i upgraded my contract and had a sim swap done for my new handset and the new "LTE" service. The in-store consultant explained to me that the service would take 2-24hrs to be fully active. Sunday morning I was able to send and receive calls, but unable to use bbm or the internet. I call the 808 number and was told to reboot my handset and the service would be up and running. That did not change the situation at all. This morning my entire service has been blocked and my phone now reads "SIM not provisioned:2" Call the 083 1 808 from my telkom line because I can't make any calls off my phone. Spoke to the agent who then logged the fault on my phone to the technical support department and assured me that my service would be up and running with the next 2 hours. 2 hours past and still nothing!! I called the number again and gave the new agent the ref number provided to me by the previous agent. She said to me that the fault has been re-logged and I would have to wait another 2-24hrs for my phone to be fully functional.
This is my business phone and I've lost a lot of business today because MTN's complete incompetence. Any person due for an upgrade with mtn don't BOTHER!!!
