Overbilled R1000's due to poor service

Our company (Netsurit) gradually moved all of our cell phone contracts to Autopage in Melrose Arch. I recently got a new cell phone (083 230 8051) contract with an iPhone. My first month, I got R2500 worth of data charges. It is an extra cell phone, I hardly make any calls on it. I then phoned Donovan Diesel and told him about it, he assured me he would look into it and sort it out. Two months later, nothing has been done. No communication from Donovan. I then phoned him again and told him I now have a bill for R1 000's again. He said he would look into it. I have followed up now several times. This is shocking service. I must be credited for these additional amounts.
