I am extremely angry with Autopage and feel completely crooked
My phone bill was averaging on R700 per month which I wanted to bring down. I went through to Autopage in Melrose Arch and a female sales rep there told me that if I upgrade my package from an anytime350 to an anytime500, I would see my phone bill drop.
Well, I just received a bill of over R1000. I called the Autopage helpline and the man assisting me told me that he doesn't know why I was told that the charges would be less if I upgraded. What's more, I got married last month and didn't use my phone for 3-4 days, and yet the bill is still more expensive.
I feel completely cheated by autopage and have every intention of cancelling my account with them
