This is the 3rd MONTH in a row they have charged me my account fee and extra charges after I have
mailed, faxed, phoned AND went into the shop to close off EVERYTHING. What else do I need to do? ALSO they have charged me incorrectly for my 3G data and I have NO way that I can prove my innocence! And that after my 3 G stick in my drawer for the past 2 months! How do I prove that I haven't used my data stick? I have logged several calls and they NEVER get back to me. I need to phone them EVERY TIME and wait for at least 15 minutes and then being cut off and to phone AGAIN and THAT to sort out THEIR problems! The reason why I wanted to leave them in the first! BAD service and now they are getting worse! REF No : 330720, Also spoke to Donovan at Centurion Malls Shop! He also logged detail and Credit!!!
