No service from Melrose Arch for 3 weeks

MTN contract expires June. Want to port my company phone from MTN to Autopage as they do our data bundles and the Melrose Arch shop is a convenient location for us. Filled in the forms 3 weeks ago. Had to do some other forms 10 days ago as MTN wouldn't authorise based on original forms. Since then silence. Can't get my rep Ronny to call me back and no one there can assist. Have left messages for him and nothing. Can't renew with MTN as the port may still go through. Stuck. Can't get through to the call centre as they require an Autopage cell number to be enterered to get through to a human. Went via a business contact number - human couldn't assist.
