Incompetent staff at Cell C

My cell phone service has now been cancelled for the 3rd time in 5 weeks. I have complained in this forum before. I was told to pay 109.09 even though I had a 109.09 credit on my account. This I did just so I could get rid of this nonsense and move on - and in stead of crediting my account with 109.09 I was debited after the payment and my account suspended for arrears!! My emails to Funiwe Hintsho (who assured me that she would take care of my account after the previous HelloPeter posting) has gone unanswered as well as my calls to her office. This is now beyond pathetic and every time my banking is vulnerable as I do not get messages of activity in my account. What if I have unlawful activity in my account due to Cell C mismanagement? I wish I could get rid of this Cell C contract so that I never ever have to deal with Cell C again. Fortunately I use a Vodacom number for my patients.
