Terrible service and attitude

On the 9th I phoned barloworld kuilsriver and asked for a price for 2 blank keys, the gent told me the price, I asked him to send a quote with banking details, he did but added on an extra R500, no apology was made for the incorrect quote on the phone.
He said it would take 4 working days. I faxed through copy of id and registration papers, I phoned to ask if these were received, he said yes so then I made the payment and phoned to confirm payment was received.
The 19th I phoned to ask if the keys are done yet, he said they haven't started and he needs to find out if Toyota have stock, he then phoned me back saying they have not received my copy of id or registration papers yet. I asked why he did not phone me, he said that he did not know who the payment was from. If he did not know who the payment was from then why doesn't he ask me to resend proof of payment now as he has no proof I paid according to him and I put the WIP number on the payment and I phoned to ask if payment was received.
The 20th I phoned Louis and asked him to look for the papers, he said he would and will phone me back. He did not phone me back. I want my keys I paid for! Your service and attitude is pathetic.
