Zero Feedback and Blatant!!

My girlfriend reversed into me in January and made an insurance claim. Her car was repaired within 3 weeks but the repairs to my car were farmed out to Innovation who handle the third party claims. It took an e-mail and a phone call for them to actually get off their ar*es and start the claim process for my damages, they wouldnt dream of actually doing it all by themselves. I eventually got a generic form from them with all the documents that need to be submitted which I completed by the 7 of March. I asked for confirmation of receipt of the mails I sent only to be ignored. On the 19th of March, and at wits end, I got my girfriends insurance company involved. I then recieved a response from Innovation saying they are waiting for a signed release form from me. I hadn't even recieved it!! They quickly then e-mailed it to me (first an incorrect one for another client) and I signed it that same day. After a few days wait and as usual, no feedback from Innovation, I asked when the claim would be transferred into my account. The reply was (WOW!! A response!!) it would take 10 -14 days to reflect in my account. BLATANT LIE! I AM STILL WAITING!! 3 Months later, car STILL not repaired!!
