On 2013 11 29 we went to MTN in President Hyper to cancel my wife's contract as the contract expiered at the end of November (cel no 0835773449) Wife name E.S.A. Breet ID no 5511070034088.We completed the requiered form and I went back to MTN on 2013 12 27 to follow up just to hear that our paper work got lost. I gave them copies of mine and went back to them on 2014 01 14. Alfues at MTN said evert thing is sorted and the contract will be canceled on 2014 01 26. On 2014 01 30 MTN deducted R408.51 witch is R58.00 more than December 2013.
We went back to MTN on 2014 02 03 and spoke to the manager (Angeleque) who prommised us that she will sort it out and come back to us the next day. She did not came back to us and every time I phoned her she had a oot of excuses why she do not have an answer.
